Steve Southwell

Director of Sales | Business Development

With 20 years’ experience in sales development and account management, and more than a decade of franchising general operational management, Steve is well positioned as a business developer and reseller.

Steve is The Station’s Director of Sales, with a focus on program, team development and product advisory.

With a background in developing a training academy structure and strategy for a franchise system, he recently migrated a 21-franchise network on to a dealer network. Steve is empowered to use this experience to grow and support reseller networks for The Station.

His business approach is centred around a quantitative analysis to finding a solution, assisting clients overachieve their mission faster and easier.

The Station is an intelligent marketing services platform that enables dynamic businesses to achieve their goals by aligning marketing with business objectives.

Steve is passionate about leaving a legacy in business and in his personal life. Ten years ago, Steve created the charity adventure race “The Royal Challenge” which has since raised over $300,000 for children in need.

As a 20-year volunteer lifesaver, Steve has also raised more than $100,000 for the surf club movement.
