Lisa Perry

Marketing Specialist

Former Journalist, Graphic Designer and Events Manager, Lisa Perry, describes herself as a ‘marketing all-rounder’ with excellent attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

As a Marketing Specialist for The Station, Lisa is focused on providing her clients with brand consistency and timely solutions for their marketing needs.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Public Relations, as well as qualifications in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, and certificates in Business Planning and Budgeting.

Her early roles in media and events have provided her with a strong grounding in marketing and communications. She has gained valuable insights from her experience working with small businesses, private companies, government departments, not-for-profit organisations, and publicly listed organisations. Her background in the print industry ensures Lisa can deliver cost-effective print solutions for her clients.

She credits her work in event management with teaching her about the importance of preparation and being able to react quickly and effectively to the unexpected. Lisa has managed more than 200 corporate events, from small group private dining experiences to awards night extravaganzas for 400 guests.

She values the thought leadership of industry trail blazers who are willing to share their insights to provide new opportunities for learning and development.

Her career highlights include a role as National Marketing Manager for a large engineering company working with a team of six staff to meet the marketing needs of more than 50 locations and five brands, with projects across the globe.

Lisa specialises in the delivery of marketing services to organisations with multiple sites or brands, and small-to-medium franchise business operations.

Lisa has led a range of corporate marketing initiatives including a state-wide Client Relationship Management program, an annual 10-week innovation program for young professionals and assisted in the delivery of the Reconciliation Action Plan. She has managed marketing campaigns valued at up to $2 million dollars and has worked across a variety of TV, radio, and outdoor campaigns. She also has extensive experience in maintaining client websites.

She lists promptness, responsiveness, and accountability, coupled with an ability to anticipate and meet the needs of her clients, as key drivers to creating excellent working relationships.
